So how can you incorporate meditation into your day without it being a chore or something you feel you must do every day? I have taken meditation into my own hands and here are some of the ways I meditate without using an app.

The question I ask is how can we put the right supports in place at organisations so that no one feels alone or scared to ask reach out for help? To have happier and more productive people at work and at home is beneficial to the companies we work with and most importantly to our families and friends at home who just want to see us happy.

What I did learn during this process, especially as I was coming out of major depression and anxiety was that a routine is very important to me, especially when working from home. Secondly, I learned not to beat myself up if I didn’t follow the routine strictly, as this just made my anxiety worse.
